Returns and Exchanges

We pride ourselves on our long-standing reputation of selling high quality products with a friendly service. At The-Byron, we stand by every product we sell and carefully inspect and pack every item that leaves our warehouse to ensure that we exceed your expectations. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below.

We hope you love your The-Byron pieces but we understand sometimes things don’t work out. We ask that you choose carefully, as much as we like to be flexible, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

It is your responsibility to review your items upon delivery, we won’t accept a return more than 7 days post delivery. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order.

For returns within Australia, we will happily provide you with an exchange or store credit as long as your return meets the below requirements: 

- All returns must be within a 7-day time frame from the delivery date.

- Item/s must be returned in original condition.

 

The-Byron is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging as we do not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process your refund or exchange. By placing an order with The-Byron you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping. 

The-Byron reserves the right items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost.  

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

Submit your order number and request of return or exchange by sending us an email at support@the-byron.com.au

Please allow up to 24hrs for us to approve your return.

Once your return has been approved, please post your return parcel back to the address listed below. Do not post your return until your return has been approved.
